Workshops (public)
Cantik Lah Singapore! A Dialogue Between Nature and Art
19, 20, 26, 27 September 2015, various timings
Various national libraries, Singapore
Each of these four art workshops will introduce to participants a darkroom technique (cyanotype printing or polaroid emulsion lift), which they will use to create a piece of nature-inspired artwork that they can bring home. Two of these workshops will include a 15 min talk on a charismatic native species which will be used as the subject of print – Singapore’s National Butterfly and the Sunda Pangolin.
